How was the survey conducted?

In October 2008, a questionnaire was sent to all Australian subscribers. The survey asked a series of questions as well as the opportunity to vote for their favourite Australian stamp issue of 2008. Results of the vote were featured in the January edition of the ASB and online . We received a great response to the survey and below you will find a snapshot of the results.

Who conducted the survey?

Sweeney Reseach conducted the 2008 survey of the Australian Stamp Bulletin (ASB) subscribers.

“The survey provided us the opportunity to speak directly to our Australian readers and purchasers of stamps produced by Australia Post, and to measure the level of satisfaction that our customer have of the philatelic services we provide. The outcome was very pleasing” said Noel Leahy, Group Manager Philatelic, Australia Post.
