The VPC will hold its 57th Annual Congress at Bri-Phil House commencing at 2pm as part of the Brighton Philatelic Society's 60th Anniversary year.
Congress will be commemorated with an overprint on the "Railway" minisheet at a cost of $10 each. There will be only 250 numbered copies of the overprint.
